Submitting Artwork for Customization

Please download the appropriate form and fill out completely. When complete, email the form and artwork to us at pens4advertising@greetingpen.com. Once we receive your artwork, we will provide a paper proof for your approval before beginning production.

We accept artwork in Adobe Illustrator® PC compatible files in the following formats: .ai, .eps, and .pdf. Please note that .pdf files must be Illustratrator files containing vector art and outlined text (or all text converted to curves) that were converted to .pdf. If you have any questions or difficulty with your artwork, please call us at 866-478-7367 for further details.
Need Help? When needed, our graphic design department can offer layout suggestions and help convert JPEGs into graphic art files. Such assistance is available for $60 for the first hour, $40 for each additional hour.
We accept files via e-mail, CD-ROMs, or DVDs.
We prefer receiving your files (up to 5 MG each) via email.
