How to Submit Artwork for Customization mothball

Please download the appropriate form and fill out completely. When complete, email the form and artwork to us at pens4advertising@greetingpen.com. Once we receive your artwork, we will provide a paper proof for your approval before beginning production.

We accept artwork in Adobe Illustrator® PC compatible files in the following formats: .ai, .eps, and .pdf. Please note that .pdf files must be Illustratrator files containing vector art and outlined text (or all text converted to curves) that were converted to .pdf. If you have any questions or difficulty with your artwork, please ask your ASI Distributor to call us for further details.
Need Help? If necessary, our graphic design department can offer layout suggestions and design ideas. Additional service fees apply for: the creation of logos, production of original graphics, or conversion of artwork not submitted in approved formats. When such assistance is needed, we will offer you a quote for the additional charges before beginning the project.
We accept files via e-mail, CD-ROMs, or DVDs.
We prefer receiving your files (up to 3MG each) via email.
Journal Artwork
Please download the appropriate form and fill out completely. Once complete, email it to us at pens4advertising@greetingpen.com. Once we receive your artwork, we will provide a proof for your approval before beginning production.
We can accept almost any file type for journal cover printing. Please make sure you convert all type to outlines or curves.
File must be at least 300 DPI and sized to fit the template. For additional information, please download or print the order form.
